Ceolas



The Hebrides, Scotland
Ceolas is a music and dance summer school set within the Gaelic-speaking community
of South Uist in The Hebrides. The students performing at Féile Iorrais receive expert
tuition in piping, fiddling, singing, Scotch reels and Quadrilles, step dancing and the
Gaelic language.

Ceolas will perform at the opening of the Island Life photographic exhibition on Thursday July 24th and
again on Friday July 25th in Teach John Joe, Eachleim. They will also perform as the boats embark for the trip to Iniskea on Blacksod pier on the morning of Saturday July 26th. (Weather permitting)
